Here are some facts about Colton at one:
Colton weighs 27 lbs. 3 oz. (75-90%)
He is 32 inches long (95% and up)
Colton only wears either 24 months or 2T clothes
Colton has two teeth on the bottom and two incoming teeth on the top.
He likes food and will eat just about anything but his favorite is to eat whatever Mommy and Daddy are eating...no more baby food for him!
Colton either crawls everywhere or walks around whatever he can...he can also stand for periods of time without assistance and will be walking very, very soon.
He loves, loves, loves the water and will be taking swimming lessons this summer.
Colton loves books and will often grab a few and sit down and "read" them as he turns the pages...this kid is dang smart!
Speaking of being smart, one of Colton's favorite toys is a stacking toy that he can stack two different ways...he does with ease, time after time.
Colton has a very funny, almost silly, side to him. He enjoys laughing and playing the take away game with us until he is laughing with joy.

Eric and I are very blessed to be Colton's parents and to experience his love on a daily basis. A year ago I made a goal to take one picture a day of Colton. Although I technically did not get a picture everyday, I took over 800 pictures over the year. We hope that although many of our friends and family live far, you've been able to feel connected to what has been going on in our lives here in Nevada. Thank you for your love and support over this past year. I will continue to blog about our lives but it won't be on the same scale that it has been this last year. Enjoy!
Uncle Andy took this cool picture. As you can see, Colton has cake above his eye. That's because as his hands were full of cake he decided to rub his eyes.
Enjoying a gogurt with Uncle Andy in the moon bounce. See the video below of how much Colton wanted one.
Each guest got their picture taken with the birthday boy and was given it as they left. This picture was taken with Grandma and Grandpa Gant.
