St. Patrick's Day

Where we live, in Henderson, each year a fantastic St. Patrick's day parade is put on with a carnival.  We took the kids this year and even though we got there a half an hour early, it was already packed!  The next day, St. Patrick's day, the kids woke up and helped me make green muffins, one of their favorites, and then we headed to the carnival.  Colton was big enough to ride almost of the rides and Kinley went on a few herself.  It was a great weekend!  Enjoy!

Colton waving to all of the people going by in the parade.  It hit 90* both days!

Kinley got into it as well.

 Yummy green blueberry muffins.

Colton couldn't get enough!

Two happy kids.

The merry go round.  Kinley wasn't quite sure what to think of all the rides.

Colton each and every ride!

By being in the front, Colton controlled if their plane went up and down. Eric was starting to get sick with how up and down it went and had to help Colton with controlling it :).  If you look hard you can see Kinley's blonde hair sitting next to Eric.

Colton had a perma-grin during the bumper cars.  He couldn't stop smiling the entire time.

Again, Kinley isn't so sure what she got herself into.

Colton loved it and is giving Eric a thumbs up!

February Randoms

February was a quick month. Here are a few random pictures from it.  Enjoy!

Kinley's hair is finally long enough to put up in a pony tail.  Here we went to a birthday party and put her hair up.  I was surprised by how long she kept it in before pulling it out.  Happy mommy!

Happy Valentine's Day.  Colton wouldn't cooperate with me to take his picture.

Our good friends, the Silvas came to visit us and their two boys.  Here, Evan decided to show some love to Kinley.  He is three months younger than Kinley.

Andrew, 5, decided to get in on the fun.

Even though Kinley's face is blury, I just had to show what she loves to do. She gathers up whatever has a handle or strap and walks away saying, "Buh Bye!"

This what happens when mommy goes to the bathroom for less than a minute.  Colton and Kinley decided to get one of their toy boxes, empty it, flip it over and get up to the flour.  I wish I had the look on their faces recorded....priceless.
