Disney on Ice with my Princess

I've taken Kinely to Disney on Ice twice now and I can see that this will  be a tradition that will continue for many more years.  Enjoy!

Outside the Thomas and Mack center.  Another gorgeous day.

Waiting for the show to begin.

Eating popcorn watching Ariel, Beauty and the Beast, Brave and Tangled.

Sitting on mommy's lap enjoying the show from 5 rows up.

They really do put on an excellent show.  The characters look exactly like the movie ones.

 Time to enjoy a slushee.

This was Kinley's favorite....Tangled.

A fun mommy-daughter date with my little princess.

January Randoms

January flew by in the Gant house.  With the weather as nice as it has been, lots of time has been spent outside and at parks.  Each January I think about what needs to be organized and redone in my life.  This year I decided to tackle redoing the kids playroom.  Before and after pictures to come...I'm still waiting on some baskets for their toys.  Enjoy!

Kinley talked me into taking a train ride around our mall.

The new playroom storage system has arrived....so excited!

 Kinley being her silly self.

Colton kept saying, "Mommy take a picture of my belly."  Silly kid.

Going down the slide together...too cute.

Colton riding his jeep around.

Florida

We started our annual Florida trip the day after Christmas.  We had planned to stay a week, but due to the Polar Vortex happening in the north we ended up staying nearly two weeks.  We had a wonderful time spending time with both Gant and Schrage grandparents as well as Uncle Andy and Luli.  Enjoy!

Waiting for the plane.  Colton showing Kinley who the Angry Birds Star Wars characters are.

I love that the kids are big enough to carry their own suitcases.

The morning after getting to Florida was like a another Christmas for the kids.

Uncle Andy got Colton an Angry Birds game which he loves!

Grandma Deb and Grandma Barb.

Kinley helping out with making Grandma Deb's famous Christmas cookies.

Andy showing the kids a gecko.

Kinley having fun with the Christmas lights.

A little talk between Andy and Kinley at a family dinner.

Grandpa David and Grandpa Dave hanging out at the beach.

Colton and Grandpa David looking at the ocean.

Grandma Barb and Kinley at the beach.

Kinley giving us that "far away" look that she so often does.

 Testing the water....

Just a little cold.  I love this look on Colton's face...pure joy!

This is where I found Kinley one morning.  Eating Teddy Grahams in the pantry with the door shut.

 The "Far away" look again.

Another beautiful day at the beach.

I wouldn't be surprised if this boy ends up living by a beach when he's older...he can't get enough.

 Having fun.

This girl is always wearing someone's shoes.

All smiles with Grandma Deb and Grandpa David.

Copying Mommy after a bath.

This girl wants to grow up way too fast.  She thinks she can wear make-up too.

Wearing Grandma's stockings.

Playing with Grandma Deb and the lego train.

Playing basketball with Daddy.

This was one of Kinley's favorite places to play.

Arriving back home.

Christmas, 2013

We had another wonderful Christmas.  We are very blessed to have these two munchkins in our lives and to have them healthy and happy.  Enjoy!

We made cookies for Santa a Christmas Eve.  Kinley really got into helping me this year.

The next series of pictures are hilarious.  I promise, no one was hurt.

Daddy got Colton in one of his many wrestling moves.

Each Christmas Eve, the kids get to pick one present to open early.

Kinley opened a Barbie.

Colton, with Kinley's help, opened a Darth Vader figure.

Colton has grown a love for all things Star Wars, thanks to his dad.

Kinley even got into a little Vader love.

Santa enjoyed his cookies and left a Thank you note for the kids.

Christmas Morning.  Kinley checking out her gifts.

Colton opened up a gift and was excited to see a Cars toy.

Kinley is at the age where she loves "Baby dolls".  She carries this one all around with her.

My little chef.

Kinley saying "Thank you" to her Gant and Schrage Grandparents for the Ariel piano.

What to do once all of the presents are opened and when you live in Vegas?  Go to strip of course for some yummy food (Burger Bar) and visit the beautiful gardens at the Bellagio.

The kids first time see the world famous Bellagio fountains.  They played Christmas music!

Hanging out in Colton's new jeep.
