Spring Break, 2015

We took the kids to Knotts Berry Farm for the first time over Spring Break.  We also spent a couple of hours at a fun little park, Adventure City.  The kids had fun and it was nice to get away for a couple of days.  Enjoy!

We stopped at Dave and Busters on our way into town.  It's clearly one of our favorite places to eat and play.

Colton testing his Temple Run skills.

Having a hard time deciding which item to get.

First ride at Knotts Berry Farm.

Perfect size for both kiddos.

"Momma, take my picture."  Why?  "Because I have a mustache and it's silly."

Saying hi to Snoopy and a friend.

Big hugs!

The Doctor is in....

 Fun Charlie Brown furniture.

Snoopy Land was fun as every ride both kids could go on together.

The kids loved this bumpy ride.  Good thing they could go on it themselves, I think I might have lost my lunch.

Fun bus ride.

Roller coaster that was the perfect size.

Tree swings.  Daddy got to go on this ride with Kinley.

Uh oh!  Kinley's in jail :).

We stayed at the hotel on property and Snoopy came to the lobby each night.

This girl loves all characters, doesn't matter who they are.

We went to dinner inside the park and right outside the door was a dj playing music with dancers dancing.  This little girl couldn't get enough (see below).

What a poser!

What cuties!

Colton passed out as soon as his head hit the pillow.

Colton got to see Snoopy the next morning.

Both kids loved seeing Snoopy.

Adventure City!

This was a fun little park geared toward the younger crowd.  Kids could ride everything and it wasn't crowded at all.

Eric and Colton having fun.

More posing.

This was a fun roller coaster that the kids got off and right back on several times.

One more time.

Glitter tattoos.

Showing off their lady bug and gecko.

There was a craft area to make fun bunny faces.

Driving the fire truck.

Kinley had fun driving the jeep.

One last photo op with the Easter Bunny.

Kinley dancing the night away,

March Random Pictures

Below are some random pictures from March, 2015.  Enjoy!

Kinley's Spring school pictures.

Having some yummy Chipotle after ballet and Kinley puts a chip in her mouth and said, "Take my picture Momma."  Why?  "Because I'm a vampire!"

Nice weather = pool time.

Kinley and I went to see Cinderella with our friends, Ava and Rachel.  What a great movie and message.

Super proud of Colton.  He finished the ST Math curriculum for the year in March.  This is a supplemental math program that is done at school and can be done at home.  He would spend 20 minutes most days doing it.

Not only did Colton finish the program but he finished with 100% mastery which is incredibly hard to do.

Every student who finishes ST Math gets a certificate to color and then it goes up on a bulletin board in the hallway at school,

Kinley completed her first season of soccer.

"Take a picture mom."  Why?  "Because I have salad in my mouth and it's silly."

We have the Feller's come to our school every year.  They spend the week working with each grade level making different intricate masks and then the students write a story to go along with their mask.  I went in and helped Colton and his friends make their masks.

Colton's cat mask.

Colton and Lucas with their masks.

We started Colton in a skills based baseball class.  He will learn to hit, catch and the basics before starting in a league.

My sister and Mallory came for a short visit one weekend.  We spent time in the pool and went to a movie.

We went to Cinderella again and this time we took Colton.

We got some solar lights for the back yard.  We also installed two motion censored lights for the backyard....bring on the summer!

Can you find Kinley?  She wanted me to take her picture of her standing in the pool.

"Momma, take my picure."  Why?  "Because I'm silly!"

"Momma, take my picture."  Why?  "Because I'm on a soccer ball and it's silly."

Easter Bunny, 2015

Train ride around the mall after seeing the Easter Bunny.

Night swim.

Time for a new car....literally drove it off the showroom floor.

"Take my picture Momma."  Why?  "Because I ate all my eggs."

Love how these two just grabbed hands to walk in together.

"Take my picture momma."  Why? "Because I'm fabulous!"

Can you tell that we've spent a lot of time in the pool lately?
