Colton's 6th Birthday!

Colton turned 6! on May 13.  We had his birthday party that weekend at Bounce U.  Colton had so many friends so up to his party (31!!) that we didn't have time to open presents until we got home.  Fun was had by all.  Colton meansures in at 48.75 inches, which is in the 93%tile and weighs 53 lbs, which is in the 80%ile.  Colton is tall for his age and the trend will likely only continue.  Enjoy!

Colton smiling BIG with his gifts.

Like Kinley, Colton had school on his birthday, although just a half day as I took him out early to spend time with just Eric and I.

Looking at a comic book he got.

 New headphones.

Colton even got a shout out at school!

"Look!  It says my name!"

I let Colton open one gift before Kinley was home.

 Colton opened an interactive dinosaur.

We asked Colton what he wanted to do after having lunch with us.  He said swim and go miniature golfing.  Having fun with Eric in the pool.

Our big 6 year old!

We then went to King Putt, which is an indoor neon mini golf.  Colton had sooo much fun!

Daddy helping Colton.

Picked Kinley up from school and ready to open up presents.

This kid has the best facial expressions ever!

Uncle Andy and Aunt Luci gave hime a WWE champion belt!

Time to sing.

Front and back to Colton's birthday invitation.

All ready for his Birthday Party!

Little sister had to photobomb the picture.

Angry Bird themed party and cake.

Daddy bowing down to the king of the day!

We went to Bounce U where the kids spend half an hour in one room then move into another bounce room for 30 minutes then onto the party room for food and cake.

Lillian and Emma!  We lined the kids up by birth order.  Lillian is May 7, 2009, Colton May 13, 2009, Kinley is May 4, 2011 and Emma May 14, 2011.  This shows you how tall Kinley is for her age.  Lillian and Kinely are nearly the same height!

The hurricane machine was popular!

Goody bags, birthday cake, candy bars and adorable Angry Birds cookies waiting in the party room.

One of my college roommates has a cookie company where she can literally make any type of cookie needed.  Awesome job with such detail.

The girls in charge of our party took pictures and uploaded them to the TV in the party room.

All lined up and ready for some food and cake.

Birthday Boy!

Very spoiled boy with all of his friends and gifts.

One table of friends.

The second table of friends.  Colton invited all 22 classmates and 18 showed up!

 Time for the cake.

This is what nearly 50 people (mostly kindergarteners) singing Happy Birthday sounds like.

We packed up the gifts came home and opened them up.

Kinley helped with lining them up for Colton to open.

Kinley's 4th Birthday!

When asked what kind of birthday party Kinley wanted this year, without hesitation, she said a Princess party.  After some research I found a great place that does it all, Rock the Tea....the food, the activities and of course the princess dresses.  I ordered her invitations online through Etsy and the girl I worked with was great.  She also printed them on special pearl shimmer paper. We had 16 kids show up and it was so much fun!
I took Kinley for her 4 year appointment.  She is currently 42.5 inches tall, which is in the 91% and she weighs 40.6 lbs, which is in the 80%.  Kinley is a tall, healthy girl!  Enjoy!

The beautiful invitations.

Already for her party!

My little poser!

The kids got to pick from various princess dresses.  They then went to get their hair done any way they wanted.

Kinley requested a braid.  They did a great job.

The boys dressed up as pirates.

The girls then went to get their nails done.

Elsa came for a visit and went right up to Kinley.  She gave her a special wand and spoke to her about her birthday.

She was, seriously, the best Elsa!  She was soooo good with the kids and took picture after picture.

Elsa then painted a snowflake on hands.

Ava showing off her snowflake.

There was a line for Elsa and her snowflakes.

Even Eric got into the birthday fun!

Next up was the make-up station.

Bethany and Kinley.

The table was set up with lots of fun activities for the kids to do.

Once everyone was dressed and beautified, Elsa showed the kids how to wave for the fashion show.

And how to courtesy.

Kinley got to pick the music for the fashion show and of course she chose Taylor Swift's Shake It Off.  Each kid got to have their moment to shine on stage.

Colton and Kellan showing off their muscles.

"Argh!"

Kinley and Ava were pretty much inseparable.

Everyone out at once.

Almost the whole group.  A couple of the shyer kids aren't in the picture.

Silly faces!

More silly faces!

One last picture with Elsa.

It was time for Elsa to say goodbye and for the food to be brought out.

They served pink lemonade in a little tea cups.  So cute!

Pizza and goldfish were served with fruit.

The boys got goblets instead of tea cups, to drink out of.

Singing Happy Birthday!

Cake and ice cream time.

There was a fun ice cream bar where the kids could decide what they wanted on their sundae.

Time to open presents.

Kinley had such a great time.  She still talks about how much fun she had and loved having her friends there as well.

Kinley's Thank You cards.

Kinley's actual birthday was the following Monday.  She woke up to her gifts but had to wait until the afternoon to open them.

I got a cute Happy Birthday bag that you put on the back of a chair.  She was able to open these small gifts before going to school.

I took a half day and picked Kinley up.  Eric met us for lunch and then I let her open one present until Colton and Daddy were both home.

She opened the Rapunzel doll where she can style her hair.

She fell asleep going to pick up Colton from school.

Time to open her presents.

We then went to Chuck E Cheese (her choice) and had fun!

Time to dance with Chuck.

The place was empty, which was nice!

Time for another Happy Birthday song.

Our big 4 year old!
