Christmas Fun, 2015

December was so crazy.  Kinley had her pre-school performance, we went to Utah for a few days and then celebrated Christmas.  Enjoy!

This was our last year going to the Merryhill Christmas party.  The kids have enjoyed painting an ornament and seeing Santa and Mrs. Clause.

Getting ready for their performance.

The kids were ready to go.

Kinley got a prime spot on Ms. Mendoza's lap.

Visiting with Santa and Mrs. Clause.

Telling Mrs. Clause what he wanted for Christmas.

Giving her list to Santa.

Kinley had a Cheer Christmas party.  They exchanged new pajamas.

All the girls together.

Kinley and her friend, Layla.

Getting ready for her school Christmas party.

The kids were asked to bring a book wrapped and then they got to pick any present they wanted.

Some of the grandkids at Grandma and Grandpa Leatherwood's.

Another opportunity to tell Santa what they wanted.

Opening their gifts from their cousins.

After dinner and gift opening, we played a fun game.  This team here won, yet I'm convinced that they cheated in some way :).

Ready to go play in the new snow.

The kids didn't have any snow gear, considering we live in Vegas, but they still had a blast and were plenty cold by the time they came in.

My sister Lisa had the brilliant idea to take our girls to see the Nutcracker at Capital Theater.  Here is Mallory and Kinley.

Kinley showing off her ballet moves during the intermission.

I was pleasently surprised by how much she loved the ballet.  Definitely something that we will do again.

Decorating cookies for Santa.

This is a favorite tradition to do on Christmas Eve.

Another favorite Christmas tradition is to open one gift on Christmas Eve.

Kinley, of course, picked one of the biggest gifts to open, Monster High dolls set.

Colton opened a WWE gift.

Both kids ready for bed and for Santa to come.

Colton got a Wii U among other smaller gifts.

Kinley got two pairs of sketchers along with a new dress-up center.

The kids stockings.

All ready for the morning to come.

The kids had fun going through all their presents and playing.

Kinley got an Easy Bake Oven and we tested it out with some chocolate chip cookies.

Colton trying out his new Wii U.
