It has been so nice lately here in Vegas. It makes me want to have our pool done quickly so we can enjoy it! This week we took the kiddos to their first parade, the Henderson Heritage parade. They enjoyed all the cars, horses and music and were wore out an hour into it. Being 90 degrees didn't help much to keep them awake. Kinley drank a whole sippy cup of water in that hour. Enjoy!

For some reason, Colton was very mellow when he got home. All he wanted to do was lay around with his "blankie" and was not interested in eating anything! He went to bed early!

Kinley started walking full time this week (see video below). She still falls every once in awhile but will get right back up!

Colton decided to lay on Kinley, which she didn't like so much, so she decided to bite his cheek. Colton ran to me crying saying that, "sister did it." When I looked at his cheek you could make out eight teeth marks on his face. Kinley is going to be one tough little girl....she already won't let her older brother push her around :).

We took the kiddos to the Henderson Heritage parade. It started at 10 am and was already 88 degrees!

Pool update: This week they started on the tile and finished covering up all of the new plumbing. They also smoothed the decking out. We are about two weeks away from being done!

Decking all measured out. Decking will be poured this week and cured for one week then the plaster goes in and the pool is nearly done except for landscaping, which will be last.
