Disneyland, Day 1

We wanted to take the kids to Disneyland before the end of the year.  We normally go in October because we get a day off of work for Nevada day.  This year we decided to take a few days off of work and go in the week instead of the weekend.  What a great time we had!  We never waited more than 20 minutes in a line, usually 5-10 minutes. At four years old, Colton is tall enough to ride every ride but one and boy did he and Eric have a good time.  Kinley is tall enough to go on a lot of the younger rides this year as well.  Enjoy!

The night before leaving the kids got their suitcases and were ready to go.

As soon as we walked into California Adventure on the first day we saw Goofy walking around.  Both kids went up and give him a big hug.

Kinley only wanted to hug Goofy and not turn around for a picture.

Goofy was so cute with her.  When she didn't want to let go he just hugged her tighter!

Literally as we walked away from Goofy we spotted Chip and Dale.  Once again, Kinley immediately hugged Chip.

Colton got in on the action.

Kissing Chip's nose goodbye.

As we started walking toward Bug's Life, we ran into Mr. Incredible.

A ride in Bugs Life.

Waiting to go.

Eric took Colton on Tower of Terror.  Yes, you heard me right, Tower of Terror (and he loved it!) so Kinley and I walked around and found Jake from the Neverland Pirates.

Sofia the First.

Cars Land is AWESOME.  The kids had fun riding the tractors.

Eric took them on this ride because it goes in circles and I don't do well going in circles :).

While waiting for the Pixar parade to begin, the kids had fun dancing in the cleared street.

Colton showing off his skills.

The green Army men from Toy Story.

Woody, Jessie and Buzz.

Mater came by as well.

Back in Cars Land with Lightening McQueen.  (Sorry, couldn't get the picture to flip)

RED!

We stayed for the World of Color and both kids fell asleep.  We only brought one stroller, for Kinley, so Eric had to carry Kinley all the way back to the hotel as Colton was put in the stroller.  Good thing we stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and it wasn't too far away.
